PSP says switching off or unplugging an otherwise operable machine is not sufficient to comply.
Badline replaces the restricted operating experience with dedicated non-wagering arcade software and clear amusement-only identification.
Badline provides conversion technology and services, not legal advice or a guarantee of regulatory acceptance. Operators should confirm each installation with their counsel and applicable authorities.
The Badline conversion
Instead of abandoning useful equipment, Badline evaluates the installed Pennsylvania skill machine and builds a dedicated arcade configuration around the compatible hardware.
Evaluate the cabinet, touchscreen, computer, audio, power and controls for continued use.
Install the Badline arcade environment and make the former skill-game operation inaccessible while converted.
Apply Badline arcade graphics and clear amusement-only identification to the converted cabinet.
Offer paid amusement play and other venue uses where permitted, without cash prizes or payouts.
Where the hardware allows, the conversion minimizes permanent changes. A return to a prior configuration would require a future lawful basis, the equipment owner’s authorization and qualified service work.

The connected platform
Games run locally for responsive play. The Badline platform supports controlled software releases, cabinet status and future venue content from one connected system.
Expandable controls package
The core conversion is designed around the cabinet’s existing touchscreen and compatible controls. A red directional joystick and additional push buttons can be evaluated for locations that want a more traditional arcade experience.
